结果:采用上述手术方法修复Ⅲ～Ⅳ度颈部瘢痕24例,其中随访23例,随访时间为6个月～2年,2例颈部后仰活动轻微受限,2例颈部瘢痕较为明显,3例所植皮片轻度挛缩,患者有紧缩感,但不影响功能。
