踝骨 骨骼部位名。俗名孤拐骨。指踝关节处的骨性隆起。内侧的称内踝，是胫骨的下端，外侧的称外踝，是腓骨的下端。又古代手腕两旁的圆形高骨（尺骨茎突和桡骨茎突）亦名踝骨。杨上善说：“足胫骨与足腕骨相属之处着胫骨端内外高骨名曰内外踝；手之臂骨之端内外高骨亦名为踝也。”
