性质:是测定杀菌剂生物活性的方法。将供测试菌种加入定量无菌水制成孢子和菌丝混合液,吸取1ml菌液加入溶化后冷至45℃的培养基中(49ml)混匀,再将配制好的带有一定浓度药剂的滤纸片贴在带菌的培养基上,经一定时间恒温培养,测量抑菌圈直径,计算抑菌效果。此法多用于测抗菌素或水溶性药剂。全过程均在无菌环境下进行。
