刺激控制法
stimulus control technique
刺激控制法(stimulus eontrol teehnique)行为治疗的一种方法，通过有计划地改变环境中的发挥控制作用的那些刺激物，达到矫正病人不良行为的目的。依据操作条件作用的研究可知，如果一种行为发生后总是伴随着强化物的出现，那么这种行为便极可能会被巩固下来，这种强化刺激物便获得了对此行为的控制力，这一强化物便可称作这种行为的“控制刺激”。如果这一行为是一种不良行为，需要矫正或消除，那么一个很方便的方法便是从病人的生活环境中消除这种强化物。例如，有的失眠症患者之所以产生失眠这一适应不良行为，是因为他经常在寝室的床上看书或吃东西，这些活动对病人不入睡起着强化作用。因此，告诉他在寝室内除了睡觉外不能从事其他活动，即将寝室中的刺激物只同睡眠联系起来而中断与其他活动的联系，病人的睡眠发动性失眠(入睡困难)便会逐渐减少或消失。刺激控制法主要适用于经由操作条件作用而习得的不良行为，对于那些通过经典条件作用而习得的自主神经系统和内脏的病态行为，这种疗法的疗效似不如暴露疗法好。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊见审)
