hemadsorption test
简称“血吸附试验”。经某些病毒如粘病毒、附粘病毒等感染的宿主细胞能吸附脊椎动物(豚鼠、鸡、猴等）的红细胞，发生红细胞吸附现象。因感染的红细胞膜含有病毒成分(血凝素），故能吸附红细胞。本试验可作为某些病毒发生增殖的指标和用于初步鉴定。
