清洗膀胱的方法。用无菌溶液(一般用生理盐水）由导尿管注入膀胱并及时吸出，如此反复多次直至吸出液不呈混浊为止。灌洗的目的为清除膀胱内的炎症渗出物、血块或残余尿等。通常灌洗结束时，注入小量消毒剂以防止感染。也有人主张用抗菌药物膀胱灌洗治疗慢性膀胱炎。
