为了探讨肠神经元及肠胶质细胞在肠易激综合征(IBS)不同亚型发病中的意义及替加色罗干预的作用,将45只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:(1)腹泻型IBS组(D-IBS组):采用乙酸灌肠和束缚应激的方法造成D-IBS动物模型;(2)便秘型C-IBS组(C-IBS组):采用每日冰水灌胃(连续14d)的方法造成C-IBS动物模型;(3)替加色罗干预的D-IBS组:D-IBS动物模型鼠同时加用替加色罗2mg/kg每日灌胃,共7d;(4)替加色罗干预的C-IBS组:C-IBS动物模型鼠在第8d加用替加色罗2mg/kg每日灌胃,共7d;(5)空白对照组。

睾丸支持细胞-间质细胞瘤
又称“男性母细胞瘤”、“睾丸腺瘤”。由幼稚睾丸基质所发生的肿瘤。小儿有性早熟现象,肿大的睾丸有肿块。尿17-酮类固醇、促性腺激素及雌激素皆正常,但孕二醇及促黄体激素增高。肿瘤限于睾丸内,瘤质均匀,黄色。瘤细胞大小不等,呈圆形或不规则,排列成片状、索状或乳头状。手术治疗,预后良好。
