经皮肾输尿管取石术


介入放射学技术。在影像设备引导下,经皮穿刺肾造口,行肾盂输尿管取石的方法。体外震波碎石(ESWL)可处理多数肾和输尿管结石,但不能替代经皮肾、输尿管取石。一般认为,肾结石小于2~2.5cm时可以用ESWL单独治疗;分支或鹿角状结石先经皮取石后,再以ESWL处理残留碎片。经皮取石做为首选的有:①体积较大的结石。②危及尿引流的结石。③结石不能经ESWL处理。④内科疾病和病人体重过重。⑤复杂结石。⑥肾下盏结石。
