Results are as follows:(1) The renal artery is divided into one truncus dorsalis and one truncus ventralis before entering the hilus, then subdivided into 2-6 renal segmental arteries respectively, called renal segments.
结果表明 :(1)犬肾动脉入肾前分为背干和腹干 ,由它们发出 2～ 6支肾段动脉 ,其分布区即为同名肾段。

The distribution of the renal artery in 24 kidneys of 12 two humped camels was investigated with macroanatomical dissecting and artery casting methods.
结果显示 ,肾脏的肾动脉在进入肾门之前均已分成一背干和一腹干 ,在肾窦内 ,背干分为一前支和一后支 ,再由前、后支分别发出背部肾脏的各肾段动脉。

适用于大动脉炎所致的左锁骨下动脉和左颈总动脉起始处缩窄、闭塞而无名动脉通畅者，无名动脉分叉处缩窄、闭塞而左锁骨下动脉通畅者。手术在全麻下取双侧颈部横切口。显示双侧锁骨下动脉，用0.7～0.8cm口径的人工血管，经胸锁乳突肌后方隧道，作人工血管与锁骨下动脉端-侧吻合。若颈总动脉起始处有缩窄、闭塞者，加作颈部垂直切口，显露颈总动脉，再以等粗人工血管与颈总动脉及移植于两锁骨下动脉间的人工血管分别作端-侧吻合。手术可纠正或改善脑部和左上肢的血液供应。
