性质:黏着因子起着细胞与细胞的黏着作用。对钙不依赖性黏着因子的研究是最为详细的,它存在于神经细胞中。鸡成年个体的N-CAM分子量为150 000和180 000。胎儿型N-CAM的分子量为200 000~250 000。分子量的不同与唾液酸含量的不同有关。
