卵巢硬化性间质瘤
是一种少见的卵巢性索间质肿瘤。1973年Scully首次报告。是一种主要发生在年轻妇女的良性肿瘤，30岁以下占75.8%。由于肿瘤细胞能分泌雌激素、雄激素，临床上可出现性激素紊乱引起的月经异常、不育、绝经后出血、男性化等症状。血浆中雌激素、睾酮、雄烯二酮，脱氢表雄甾酮均有升高。少数患者可有胸、腹水。肿瘤大者可触到实性、光滑包块，小时不易发现。需依靠病理检查确诊。治疗应行患侧附件切除，预后良好，无复发。不育者肿瘤切除后，月经恢复正常，可妊娠及正常分娩。
