osteopectrosis，Ａlbers-Ｓchonberg disease
1904年由Albers-Schonberg首先描述。骨的密度和厚度均增加，骨小梁基本消失，但骨的形态不变。患者全身性骨硬化，骨干有纵纹，椎体有典型的“运动衫”横条。头颅增厚导致脑神经受压出现麻痹。骨髓造血功能受影响。骨脆弱易发生病理性骨折。严重患者易出血或感染而早期死亡。目前无特效疗法。
