To study the biomechanical mechanism of different fixation postures of Colles fracture and to find the best fixation posture,the three-dimensional-finite-element forearm models with main muscles and ligaments were used to analyze the changes of stress,strain and displacement under angulated wrist,such as dorsiflexes,neutrality,palmarflexes,ulnar or radial deviation.

Through point of view of relation of stress and strain and excursion,we probed into the biomechanics mechanism of Colles fracture under various of positions of angulation during wrist flexion and extension and radical and ulnar deviation and forearm pronation and supination.
