目的 :考察广西产 5种蜘蛛抱蛋中偏诺甾体四糖皂甙 (结构式为 :(18S、19S) - 3 β- pennogenin- 3 - O- α- L-rhamnopyranosy1(1- 4 ) - α- L- rhamnopyranosy1(1- 4 ) [α- L- rham nopyranosy1(1- 2 ) ]- β- D- glucopyranosy1)含量 ,为进一步开发利用广西甾体药源植物奠定基础。
