Through the investigation to out-patients, in-patients and medical professionals in a general hospital, the study try to explore the mental health status of patients and influences, main mental disorders, and the problems in mental health services, which will benefit to provide scientific evidence to programs of mental health services and to enhance clinical practice in general hospital.

Method: a total of 312 insanity inpatients and 249 family members were investigated respectively by adopting mental health service scale (both for insanity inpatients and for family members) provided by WHO.
