性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点70℃,易溶于氯仿、丙酮,略溶于乙醇,微溶于水。无臭。爆炸性比硝酸甘油小。

制备方法:山梨醇溶液经脱水环合、与硝酸酯化而得。

用途:该品为速效、长效硝酸酯类抗心绞痛药物,作用与硝酸甘油相同,主要用于心绞前的预防发作,也可用于缓解症状。
