Methods 34 operated patients with flexion position elbow stiffness accompanied by ulnohumeral joint matching badly were reviewed: 19 patients with intercondylar fractures,3 patients with super-condylar fractures,12 patients with comminuted olecrenon fractures.
方法我院1995年3月~2005年8月手术治疗因各种原因所致肘关节屈曲位僵直合并肱尺关节匹配不良的病人34例,其中肱骨髁间骨折19例,肱骨髁上骨折3例,尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折12例。

关节强直
病理学术语。关节破坏后，在愈合过程中造成的关节活动性丧失。可分为纤维性强直与骨性强直两种。相邻关节面破坏修复后，由纤维组织连接固定造成的关节强直为“纤维性强直”。X线片上只显示关节间隙不同程度的狭窄，看不到骨组织穿过关节间隙，常见于关节结核。严重的关节破坏愈合后，关节各骨之间由骨质连接为“骨性强直”。X线片上除关节间隙全部或部分消失外，并可见骨小梁通过原关节间隙，为化脓性关节炎的后遗改变。
