消化道副反应
是一种常见的化疗副反应。主要表现及治疗为：①食欲不振、恶心、呕吐。以顺铂应用后最为明显。常用止吐药有胃复安、氟哌啶醇、恩丹西酮等；②口腔溃疡。以甲氨蝶呤、更生霉素发生溃疡较多。③腹痛、腹泻、便血。常见于用5-Fu后。④便秘、麻痹性肠梗阻。这与药物引起的自主神经病变有关。治疗多采用对症治疗。
