Objective: To establish the rats model of Liver-Qi depression Syndrome with the gastroenteric motional function imbalance and grope for the function machanism of Sinisan curing them.
方法:通过运用模具加水浴方法制备肝气郁结证候动物模型,用四逆散作为治疗药物,采用定量、半定量方法观察肝郁证的症状表现;用水迷宫法测定大鼠的智力;用HE染色法观察胃肠组织形态学变化;用电镜观察胃肠超微结构变化;用半固体营养糊法测定大鼠的胃和小肠运动功能变化;用放免法测定血浆胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)等指标研究四逆散治疗肝郁证的作用。
