溢饮 溢饮 病证名。饮病之一（属《金匮要略》四饮之一）。《素问·脉要精微论》：“肝脉软而散，色泽者，当病溢饮。溢饮者，渴暴多饮而易入肌皮、肠胃之外也。”《金匮要略·痰饮咳嗽病脉证并治》：“饮水流行，归于四肢，当汗出而不汗出，身体疼重，谓之溢饮。”此病之饮邪主要泛溢于体表肌肤和四肢。临床兼见身体痛重，支节烦疼；亦可兼见咳喘、胸闷、乏力等症。宜温肺化饮，发汗驱邪。用大青龙汤、小青龙汤、桂苓神术汤等方。参见四饮、痰饮条。
