Methods The patients with LCGA enrolled in the randomized controlled clinical trial were assigned to 2 groups, the treated group (68 cases) and the control group (74 cases) , they were treated respectively by FHGP and conventional TCM and Western medicine therapeutic program for 3 months.
方法采用随机对照临床试验,将乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并糖代谢异常的患者随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(74例),分别采用扶正化瘀肝糖综合治疗方案和中西医常规综合治疗方案治疗3个月,检测两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖负荷后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)等指标,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA- IR),并记录治疗前后证候评分情况,通过统计分析,分别评定其中医证候疗效和糖代谢异常疗效。
