肾皮质脓肿
renal carbuncle
肾皮质的炎症性感染。由皮肤疖、痈、扁桃体炎、呼吸道感染经血运播散引起，多为金黄色葡萄球菌感染。脓肿可为单个或多发性，小脓肿融合扩大而成大块化脓组织时称肾痈(renal carbuncle)。多见于青年人，发病急骤、高热、寒战、腰部疼痛，但多无膀胱刺激症状。尿液涂片可发现革兰阳性球菌，血培养有细菌生长，镓同位素扫描在炎性组织内积聚，对诊断有帮助。
