肺循环的驱动压


  为肺血管内某一点与下游另一点的压力差。这压力差担负着驱动这两点间的血液流动和克服这段距离的摩擦阻力。总肺循环驱动压为肺循环起始部分(肺动脉)至肺循环终末(左心房)的压差。如正常人肺动脉平均压为1.9kPa(14mmHg),左心房压为0.66kPa(5mmHg),则肺循环总驱动压为1.9-0.66=1.24kPa(14-5=9mmHg)。
