Objective This study aims to investigate the level of TNF-αand SP in GCF of the abutment teeth with healthy periodontal condition and adult periodontitis after PFM crown placement by radioimmunoassay,and also inquire into the influence of crown placement and different crown margins on abutment teeth of healthy periodontal condition and adult periodontitis from microcosmic level.
