先天性阴茎下弯
病名。亦称阴茎阴囊粘连 症。指先天性阴茎向腹侧弯曲者。阴茎腹侧皮肤与阴囊前面呈带状粘连，有的粘连呈蹼状。 常伴有尿道下裂和阴茎发育不全，但亦可单独存在。其症状为排尿和性交障碍，排尿时尿线 向下，常湿鞋袜，因而多取蹲位排尿。阴茎勃起时，呈弓状弯曲，有时出现阴茎痛性勃起。 需手术治疗，手术方式与尿道下裂整形术相同。
