性质:又称环已亚硝脲,罗莫司丁,罗氮芥,环已氯乙亚硝脲,氯乙环已亚硝脲,洛莫氮芥。黄色或微黄色粉末。溶于无水乙醇、微溶于丙二醇,几乎不溶有于水。遇热功当量不稳定,置冰箱密闭避光保存。以乙基羟胺为原料制得。抗癌药。能阻断胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入DNA,抑制核酸及蛋白质的合成,作用于G1期、G1-S期及M期,对G2期也有作用。与卡氮芥有交叉抗药性。与一般烷化剂无交叉耐药性。本品脂溶有性高,易透过血脑屏障。对脑脑质细胞瘤、消化道癌、何杰金氏病、淋巴肉瘤、网状细胞肉瘤、肺癌及白血病有较好疗效。制剂为胶囊剂。
