性质:物质中所含的水分,不包括结晶水和缔合水,通常以试样失水后的质量差与原质量之比的百分数表示。大多数高分子材料、树脂等若在进一步加工中或评价其质量时往往需测该指标。如尼龙(PA1010)、聚碳酸酯等树脂在成形加工前必须对其干燥,使其水含量降到一定程度才能加工成合格的制品。又如氨基模塑料,水含量是其控制质量的一个指标,因水含量多少直接反映出产品质量及工艺的控制的稳定性。
