| 日晒伤 sun burn 强烈日晒引起的皮炎。又称日光性皮炎。皮肤出现潮红、水疱。日晒后数小时即可发生红肿、热感及刺痛感。重者可发生大疱、疼痛剧烈。愈后留脱屑及色素斑。一般不需治疗。外出应注意防晒，可涂用防晒霜剂或用5％对氨苯甲酸酒精。慢性日光性皮炎见于农民、渔民、船员等，可引起皮肤衰老变化，如项部菱形皮肤，皮肤增厚、沟纹加深、干燥、粗糙、色素沉着等。注意与老年角化病鉴别，老年角化病多为黄褐至黑褐色扁平丘疹、角化损害，系癌前期病应予治疗。 |
