Methods: Through descriptive analysis to analyze the change of ALOSof orthopedics, correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between ALOS and fee per time; finally, algebra method was used toanalyze the effect of disease structure variation on ALOS.
结果:骨科次均费用增加主要是由于应用了新技术和新材料引起的;大多数病种的平均住院日长短与日均费用的高低呈负相关关系;科室平均住院日缩短主要是由病种住院日缩短引起的。
