超急性排斥反应
hyperacute rejection
通常在移植物恢复血流后数分钟或数小时内发生,少数可发生在48h内。属一种不可逆性的体液性排斥反应。其主要原因是由于受者具有预先形成的抗供者HLA抗原相应的抗体。病理上表现为移植物小血管纤维素样坏死,大量中性粒细胞浸润和血栓形成,最终导致移植物功能丧失。
