性质:又称抗癌(化疗)药,抗癌药。能抑制和杀伤恶性肿瘤细胞的一类药物。在肿瘤综合治疗中具有重要地位,特别对不能用手术治疗的白血病、播散型肿瘤的治疗尤为重要。目前应用的抗肿瘤药大多通过抑制DNA或RNA合成,甚至破坏DNA结构而发挥作用。根据期和G2期),按药物对肿瘤细胞的影响,可将抗恶性肿瘤药分为两大类:(1)周期非特异性药物,对增殖中各期细胞均有杀灭能力,如烷化剂和抗癌抗生素等;(2)周期特异性药物,它仅对增殖周期中某一期有较强作用,如羟基脲、阿糖胞苷、甲氨蝶呤等抗代谢药物对S期细胞特异性较高;长春新碱、秋水仙碱、博来霉素等对M期细胞作用显著。两类药物作用虽不相同,但对骨髓造血干细胞及其他生长周期短的细胞均有不同程度杀伤作用,并可抑制机体免疫反应。
