Methods GFRs from 106 cases in hospital suffering from the different diseases were determined accurately by using Clearance rate of ~(99m) Tc-DTPA(Tc-GFR),and the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were determined and GFRs were calculated simultaneously by WCP formula and Robert formula(WCP-GFR,Robert-GFR) and clearance rate of creatinine was calculated by Cockcroft/Gault formula(CG-CCr).
方法采用99mTc-DTPA清除率准确测定106例不同疾病住院患者GFR(Tc-GFR),并测血清肌酐及尿素氮,同时以WCP公式、Robert公式计算GFR(WCP-GFR、Robert-GFR),以Cockcroft/Gault公式计算内生肌酐清除率(CG-CCr),所得数据进行对比研究及相关分析。

对88例肾移植受者作110次99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像,发现上尿路梗阻的肾动态显像主要为两类:一是普通型,其特征是灌注期和摄取早期肾盂范围的肾实质内早期放射性稀疏区伴随之后的肾盂及输尿管内显像剂滞留以及由此产生的梗阻型肾图曲线;二是肾小管梗阻型,特征是肾皮质放射性滞留及髓质全程放射性稀疏而呈特征性的"空心"肾。

The results showed that the extracts from Isatis Indigotica have strong scavenging capacity and the scavenging rate increases with the increase of concentration of Isatis Indigotica,which indicated that Isatis Indigotica has strong antioxidant activity and it may be a new nature resource of antioxidant.
