热缺血时间
warm ischemia time

  指断肢离断后到断肢冷藏开始的时间称为热缺血时间。肢体离断后,虽然血流中断,肢体组织仍继续进行代谢,消耗残存的氧分。氧分消耗完后,仍可进行无氧代谢,但新陈代谢产物无法清除,引起酸中毒,加上代谢必需的养料和酶系统消耗,最后难免死亡。一般肌肉组织最敏感,缺血4~6h后,便无法再植。
