性质:液相色谱的一种检测方法,即在柱后流出液中加入反应试剂与待测物质反应,以便流出物可用光度法检测。要求显色反应完成速度快,流动相最好不影响反应。与其他衍生方法相比,具有反应灵敏性大的特点。但由于衍生试剂稀释了流出液,降低了检测的灵敏度。一般重金属和碱土金属离子的检出限大约为μg/L级。此法目前主要应用于金属离子和氨基酸中活性胺的检测。一般采用在线形式,适宜大量组成相同试样的例行分析。
