性质:又称包涵体。(1)一种结构,它由许多病毒粒子被包于一个蛋白质基体中组成,为花椰菜病毒感染的植物细胞中可能形成。(2)在基因工程菌中,由于表达量过大,蛋白质来不及加工(折叠)而堆积在一起形成致密的颗粒。含有包含体的细菌于显微镜下因有明显折光而可见。
