给予视觉刺激,由视觉通路所产生、在大脑枕部所记录到的电位。通常用翻转图形或闪光刺激视网膜黄斑后,在枕部颅表视皮质投影区所记录到的一组称为N1-P1-N2波形。均源自视皮质,以波峰潜伏期约100ms的P1(P100)波最重要。为惟一最稳定和临床上最常用的皮质电位,有助于对视觉通路特别是视神经的早期病变的发现。
