放射学术语。X线解剖学标志线。在胸椎正位或过曝光的正位胸片上，沿胸椎旁的线条状致密影。此线主要由纵隔胸膜后部构成。多见于左侧，因左侧胸膜后部附着于降主动脉之后，呈直线状前后走行，故易投影于胶片上。左胸椎旁线出现率为76%，90%在胸5～胸11旁。上宽下窄居多，最宽可达5mm。右侧出现率仅25%，而且78%只见于胸11～胸12旁，上下宽度一致，均小于5mm。胸椎旁线异常有助于胸椎及纵隔疾病的诊断，如胸椎结核、骨髓炎以及强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断；有助于新旧脊柱骨折的鉴别。其他胸椎肿瘤、纵隔肿瘤等也可致胸椎旁线凸出，结合临床特征，识别多无困难。
