诊断时选择的瓣膜听诊区。有两个:①位于胸骨右缘第二肋间隙为主动脉瓣第一听诊区;②位于胸骨左缘第三、四肋间处称为主动脉瓣第二听诊区。主动脉瓣关闭不全的舒张期杂音在此外最响亮。
