| 院政 In no Chō government；Court government 日本平安时代末期由太上天皇 （皈依佛门后称法皇）亲掌国政的政治制度。始于1086年11月。白河天皇为抵制外戚藤原氏，让位于年仅8岁的堀河天皇而成为太上天皇，在居处建立院厅，国政大权悉归院厅。因院厅拥有摄政、关白（见摄关政治）以上的权威，受到为藤原氏压抑的贵族的支持。自1086 年院厅建立至 1192 年（一说1185）镰仓幕府建立的百余年间，史称院政时代。源赖朝建立镰仓幕府，院政时代宣告结束。此后，院政虽仍断续出现，但已无实权。 |
