吴家祠堂位于南京市高淳县淳溪镇迎蒸门左侧,始建于乾隆四十六年，为砖木结构，皖式风格，分为前、中、后三进，总占地面积为2700平方米。这是陈毅率领新四军一支队从皖南东征，开辟茅山根据地抵达江苏境内的第一站。陈毅驻淳期间，激情满怀，提笔疾书，写下了《东征出抵高淳》的壮丽诗篇，新四军一支队司令部旧址现为江苏省文物保护单位，并被列为省和南京市爱国主义教育基地。
