性质:SBS加入量一般为5%~15%,有时可达25%~30%。PP/SBS具有优良的韧性,冲击强度比PP提高2~4倍,同时低温脆性与耐应力开裂性能大幅度提高。与PP的其他橡胶共混物相比,其特点是共混容易,加工方便。机械共混法工艺条件为:加料段140~160℃,压缩段200~220℃,均化段230~240℃,机头190~200℃,螺杆50~80r/min。有时共混分两步进行,首先将PP与SBS按1:1共混挤出,制成母料,然后在母料中再掺入粒状PP,达到所需配比再进行二次造粒。主要用于家庭用品、汽车配件、医院用品、薄膜、热成型片材、容器等。  嵌段共聚物共混物系由聚丙烯与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物组成的共混物,改善了聚丙烯的室温及低温冲击性能,减少应力发白现象,提高流动性,但硬度和热变形温度有所下降。例如加入10份嵌段共聚物于聚丙烯中,其悬臂梁缺口冲击强度由2.6kJ/m提高到8.0kJ/m,耐寒性由-5℃提高到-45℃,热变形温度(1.82MPa负荷)由58℃下降为56℃。可以熔融共混法制备。用于中空成型及发泡成型,亦可用于制作包装膜,若添加适量无机填料,达到一定的刚韧平衡可作汽车风扇护圈等。
