marginal system stimulation
指用立体定向技术将慢性电极埋藏于边缘系统的杏仁核、隔区等部位，然后用电刺激电极以达到止痛目的。其目标结构的坐标在矢状面前取前联合后方13mm、前后联合连线下10mm、冠状面取矢线旁20mm，电刺激参数：波宽0.1ms，频率2～5Hz，强度0.2～0.4mA。其特点为镇痛维持时间长，无意识障碍，伴有睡眠改善，其他浅感觉不受干扰等。
