虚劳发热 虚劳发热 病证名。虚劳亏损所致的发热，以阴虚为多见。《诸病源候论·虚劳热候》：“虚劳而热者，是阴气不足，阳气有余，故内外生于热，非邪气从外来乘也。”多因醉饱后入房、忧思劳役、饮食失调或大喜大怒大痛大沮。初病症见夜热内热虚热，本病乃为骨蒸内热潮热，治宜养阴清热，疏邪润燥（见《理虚元鉴》卷上）。亦可因瘀血而致。《风劳臌膈四大证治·虚劳》：“虚劳发热，未有不由瘀血者。”“是必饮食起居过时失节，营卫凝滞，先成内伤，然后随其气所阻之处，血为瘀积。”为虚中实证，治以活血化瘀为主，用大黄（庶^虫）虫丸等方。参见阴虚发热、阳虚发热、血虚发热、气虚热、劳热，潮热、骨蒸等条。
