ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of multivoxel proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) in evaluating mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury(TBI) in adult patients .
目的通过对轻中型创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury, TBI)的成人患者额、颞叶损伤侧的N一乙酰天门冬氨酸(N-aceytl aspartate, NAA)、胆碱(choline, Cho)、肌酸(creatine, Cr)、乳酸(lactate, Lac)等几种代谢物质进行多体素质子磁共振波谱(proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, 1H-MRS)半定量测定,无创性地分析创伤后活体脑组织的病理生理改变,并对早期影像学上无明显改变的特轻型颅脑损伤的损伤部位及程度进行分析,探讨多体素1H-MRS在轻中型颅脑外伤中的应用价值。
