癌性空洞
病理学术语。肺癌内部形成的空洞，发生率约为10%～20%，主要见于周围型肺癌，以鳞癌居多。形成原因多认为与癌组织液化、坏死或感染等因素有关。影像学特点是：①空洞壁厚而不均，内壁凸凹不平，有结节影向腔内突出。②空洞内多无液平，个别肺癌呈薄壁腔样表现，洞壁虽光滑整齐，但仍有薄厚不均的表现，可提示诊断。
