补充资料：青霉素脱敏试验——口服法
青霉素脱敏试验——口服法
Wendel等报告，对青霉素过敏者，选择口服青霉素脱敏后再用青霉素治疗。脱敏处理一定要在有急救药物及设施的医院进行。脱敏是暂时的，患者日后对青霉素仍过敏，口服青霉素脱敏法详见附表。脱敏要在有抢救条件的医疗单位进行。说明：口服脱敏剂溶于30ml水中口服，每次间隔15分钟，整个试验历时4小时45分钟，累积青霉素-V剂量130万单位，末次试验结束后需观察30分钟才能开始治疗。
