直肠、乙状结肠代膀胱术
该手术是全膀胱切除术后解决尿液引流的方法之一，是膀胱改道术中最简单的手术，切除膀胱时切断并结扎输尿管远侧端，充分游离输尿管盆腔段备用。于适当部位切断乙状结肠，近侧断端行乙状结肠造瘘术。用碘附灌洗远侧乙状结肠、直肠段后缝合乙状结肠断端，行输尿管乙状结肠端侧吻合术。该手术的适应证与回肠代膀胱术相同，但有重吸收致氮质血症、上行性感染和肠黏液分泌堵塞输尿管开口等并发症，现已很少应用。目前推荐用盲肠代膀胱，阑尾作皮下尿道用。
