解剖学术语。由纤维软骨和韧带构成的腕关节内复合体,包括固有关节盘、桡腕掌侧和背侧韧带、半月板近似物及尺侧腕伸腱鞘等五个部分,为桡尺远端关节的主要稳定结构。其近端起于桡骨尺侧面,附着于尺骨头和茎突,远端止于三角骨、钩状骨和第五掌骨基底部,在背面与尺侧腕伸腱鞘合并,在掌面与三角骨和月三角韧带相连。现代影像学检查中,可用多种成像方法显示此结构。
