前列腺肥大性尿道狭窄球囊扩张术
介入放射学技术。前列腺肥大性尿道狭窄的一种姑息性治疗法。造影后将尿管插入膀胱,再经导尿管将软头导丝引入膀胱,退出导尿管后,沿导丝引入球囊导管。根据外括约肌的标志,将球囊置于外括约肌以上水平的尿道内,慢慢向囊内注入30%对比剂使其膨胀。将压力逐渐增加至300~400kPa(约3~4大气压),持续扩张10~15分钟。扩张结束经导管向膀胱内注入对比剂,然后行排尿性尿道造影,造影后膀胱内留置导尿管24小时。
