材料：
印度脆饼6块，番茄1个，洋葱1／2个，芫荽1棵。
做法：
1、将油烧热，把薄饼逐块放人油锅内，炸至金黄脆身，盛起，沥去油分。
2、番茄去核，洗净，切粒。
3、洋葱切粒，芫荽洗净后切碎。
4、将番茄、洋葱粒及芫荽碎等混合后撒在炸脆之薄饼上，即成脆饼。
心得：
印度脆饼(popadum)乃印度人的餐前小食，如不喜欢用炸之方法，也可改用包着馅粒来煎(但馅料最好预先煮熟)，或进食时跟些青瓜汁混和酸乳酪的汁液来点食，便更可口。
